VG Annual Oil – with low odor and dripless properties!!

ValuGard Annual Oil Product is an oil-based blend with high quality corrosion inhibitors designed around an annual application rust protection regimen. It is formulated to be easily and effectively applied on both vehicles and fleet transportation equipment. Low odor scent allows easier application and better “oiling” experience for technicians and consumers.

Understanding that there are older more seasoned vehicles in the market, and even vehicles with existing oil applications on them, we set out to create a formula that helps solve issues encountered with other oil-based formulas.
Consider the following about VG Oil:
- Dripless formula (available in clear and black) will not sag even with application up to 30 mils on vertical surfaces. Metal surface coverage obtained with only 3-4 mil thickness permits great coverage on vehicles with less usage than other thinner formulas.
- Capillary action in the oil provides tremendous creep in all directions, while penetrating into the vehicle tight seams and crevices, where many corrosion issues can begin.
- Creep capacity measured and tested using OEM model “Creeping Test” methodology
- VG Oil is formulated to be compatible and used along with other oil-based formulas
- UV stable formulas provide ability to use the VG Oil product as lubricant on transportation / municipal fleet equipment as protective measure from corrosion. The VG Oil formula will not break down due to UV exposure, making it ideal for annual fleet preventative maintenance programs.
- Easy application formulas allow for better spray control of product. Application can be done with both air-assist guns and airless systems. This gives technicians a variety of ways to apply formulas, both in wide open and even in tough to reach areas.
Air assist methods: recommended our VG-119 or VG-180 guns
Airless system: recommended Graco or Lemmer pump - Easy clean-up of equipment and overspray
- Both formulas available in portable 5-gallon pails and for larger application methods in 55-gallon drums.
