VG-875 is a semi-gloss black water based urethane alkyd, HAPS free, low VOC corrosion preventive coating. VG-875 provides excellent protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals with a single application. VG-875 is an industrial coating suitable for direct to metal, E-coat or paint application for floors in Trucks, Buses, RV’s etc. Protects floors from corrosive road salts and moisture from the inside.

Surfaces to be protected must be clean and dry and metal should be free of excessive water, rust, oil and mill scale.
Ensure uniform consistency prior to use each day. Continued stirring is not required. The ambient and product temperature should be 50-95°F (10-35°C) at time of application. 15-1 to 30:1 Reciprocating pumps with 40-50 lbs. of air (Industrial Apps) .011 - .015 inches tip size

-May be brushed or rolled on if desired.
Will air dry to light touch in 20-30 min. and fully cure in 24 hrs @ 70F/22C. Dry time of this water based coating will be affected by application thickness, ambient temperature, air flow and relative humidity. Product is formulated to achieve early water and freeze resistance.
Store VG-875F at temperatures between 50-95°F (10-35°C). DO NOT FREEZE. Protect from freezing during shipment and storage to avoid product damage.
