ValuGard’s Truck wash is an ideal wash to clean and remove salt chlorides from Trucks, Buses, Trailers, RV’S, Cars, any road vehicle.
It will not only remove Sodium Chloride (Salt) but also Calcium Chloride and Magnesium Chloride all of which may be on the vehicle. ProGard is a low foam product for better penetration into seams where Magnesium Chloride is difficult to remove.
For best results pre-rinse entire vehicle (including under carriage) with high volume medium pressure water. Not over 1,500 PSI.
For General washing mix up to 20 -1 in a bucket with clean cool water. Wash vehicle from top to bottom using soft wash mitt or soft vehicle brush. Be sure to wash all door jambs along with hood and trunk jambs. Allow solution to remain on vehicle 3-5 minutes without drying adding more solution as needed to keep it wet. Rinse thoroughly from top to bottom. Dry all painted and glass surfaces to prevent water spotting.
For the undercarriage, mix product 5 to 1 or 1-1 for extremely dirty or soiled parts. Spray entire under carriage using a garden type sprayer including all Wheel wells, Tires, Wheels, Chassis, Suspension, Engine, Transmission, Brake lines, etc. Allow product to dwell 3-5 minutes agitate any areas accessible with a brush then rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary to thoroughly clean.
Product may be used as often as necessary at anytime of the year. Helps brighten aluminum and removes Tar, Bugs and Asphalt.
