ValuGard’s Leather Vinyl Protector VG-105 is a true coating not a dressing or conditioner. It is like adding a layer of clear coat to leather and vinyl surfaces.
It is not intended to be used on plastic parts. Do not apply to dash boards or any hard plastic. Apply to leather or vinyl seating surfaces or arm rest or door panel parts only. Do not apply to steering wheels.
When applying the surface must be completely clean, dry and free from any previously applied dressings or conditioners (silicones).
Always use a clean and dry lint free applicator such as our pink sponge VG-SP. The sponge must only be used to apply Leather Vinyl Protector.
Never apply to a hot surface or in direct sunlight. Start by adding a few drops of product directly to the sponge. Do not apply liquid directly to the seat.
Wipe product on evenly avoiding heavy or light covered areas. Add a few drops to the sponge as needed. Once product is applied do not continue to wipe as this will cause streaks or smears. Allow product to dry and inspect for any missed areas, reapply as necessary. Two light coats are better than one heavy coat. Rinse sponge in warm water when finished and allow to dry before next application.
Product will dry in 10 minutes or less. Do not sit in seat until product is completely dry.
