VG-OIL is an oil based blend of additives and corrosion inhibitors designed for annual rust protection (oiling) of automobiles and transportation equipment. The protective film is translucent with an amber or black tint and remains soft and flexible and is UV stable for use on various types of equipment. VG-OIL has excellent vertical sag for dripless application yet penetrates and seals seams with capillary action. Excellent continuous creep for deep protection of nooks and crannies. Scented for rodent, pest deterrent. VG-OIL contains no solvent and is HAPS free. Available in Black or Amber (Clear).

Surfaces to be protected should be clean and dry to achieve maximum performance. VG-OIL will displace moisture on damp surfaces. Substrate (surface) temperatures should be between 12-35oC / 55-95oF at the time of application.
VG-OIL is formulated to be used as supplied. DO NOT THIN as thinning will affect film build and product performance. Ambient, surface and product temperature should be 12-35oC / 55-95oF at time of application. VG-OIL can be applied using a wide range of airless systems or even via air atomized spray equipment (such as our VG-119 Premium UC Gun).
Store between 55-95°F (12-35°C). Mild agitation may be required prior to use.
Liquid product should not be exposed to sources of ignition. See SDS for detailed PPE requirements and safety information.
